03 Dec 300 Books Is a Pink Flamingo
Our newish 1000 Books Before Kindergarten program is going great, and kids are starting to come in for their color stickers and prizes. Here’s one of our friends who just added the 300 books sticker. Over time, these animals from the book Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See? by Bill Martin will fill up with colorful stickers, starting with brown stickers for the Brown Bear.
Here’s all the information about the program, including online signup. You can also sign up in person in the Children’s Room of the library. There’s an app you can use, but we suggest you drop by for this simple form. That way you can just make an X for each book. (Include books read more than once.)
1000 Books Before Kindergarten is available to families with children from birth-five years old; having a library card is not required.
