04 Mar English Conversation Hour: Program Launch
The Plainfield-Guilford Public Library is pleased to announce the beginning of our English Conversation Hour program. This program is open to anyone who is trying to practice their English-speaking and listening skills. All speaking levels and language backgrounds are welcome!
Our conversation hour will be structured around short topical articles that we will read together and then discuss. There will be no homework or grammar lessons with this program. Instead, the main objective is to create a casual environment that will provide patrons a chance to speak and listen in English. Feel free to participate as little or as much as you would like!
English Conversation Hour will meet on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month, from 6-7p. The first session of English Conversation Hour is Tuesday, March 11th from 6-7p in the West Meeting Room at the Plainfield-Guilford Township Public Library.
