01 Mar Introduction to Caregiving
Are you a caregiver or anticipate becoming a caregiver? If the answer is yes, you will need to attend this program. We will briefly touch on family caregivers and their responsibilities as well as the responsibilities of professional caregivers that come into the home on either a regular or irregular basis. We will also provide you with a list of resources and caregiver support groups. If there is enough interest, we will offer a caregivers’ workshop in the near future that will cover a host of related topics. There will be ample time for discussion, questions, and answers.
