23 Jun Mango Day at the Farmer’s Market
We’ve had a blast at the Plainfield Farmers’ Market so far this season, and we’d love to see you there. On Wednesday, July 2 Joanna, Kate, and Lael will be hanging out at the library’s table with some sweet treats and a chance to win some Mango Languages prizes.
If you haven’t already heard, your library card is your ticket to learning a new language through our FREE Mango Languages program. You can find Mango Languages on our website’s front page, on our Digital Resources page, or you can download the Mango Languages app for Apple or Android.
Mango Languages is an online language learning system offering over 60 languages, including 17 ESL courses. Mango works to immerse you in your new language, teaching you conversational and cultural skills through a bright, fun, and user-friendly interface. On your personal computer or mobile device you can enter your library card number to access Mango and track your progress. Or you can come to the library and use any of our public computers to access Mango as a guest.
Ready to give it a try? Check it out on your own now, or visit us while you’re at the Farmers’ Market to interact with Mango with our help.
*The Plainfield Farmers’ Market is every Wednesday from 4-7pm through the end of September.
