The Library Board adopted the 2022-2027 strategic plan at its December 14, 2021 meeting. The plan comes in at 121 pages and includes all of the surveys, survey data, retreat notes, goals, objectives, potential activities, etc. The action portion of the plan is contained in the sections called Strategic Priorities (page 9) and the Priorities, Goals, Objectives, and Potential Activities (pages 10-19.)
