05 May The Tree Will Be Back!
The Children Room is currently being updated. If you’re at the library, take a look and see how it’s coming along! The question we have been hearing is, “Wait, what have you done with the tree!?” It’s one of the focal points of the room and lots of people love it. The room will be mostly different, but the tree will be back. Our own Youth Services/Gallery Manager Laura Appleby, who made the tree in the first place long ago, has taken it down. She will put it back up when the room is more ready. For now, it’s being stored in the temporary office upstairs, surrounded by boxes of books waiting to come back too.
